With a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from JKUAT and currently pursuing her MBA, Faith brings both academic and practical depth to her role. Her career began as an intern at Atlas Tea Brokers, where her passion and consistency propelled her into a key brokerage position. Over the past five years, she has developed expertise in sales, marketing, customer and supplier relations, and contract negotiation. Trained at Browns Plantations (formerly James Finlay Ltd), she possesses deep operational insight into the entire tea value chain—from plucking to processing. Her relationship-building skills and attention to operational excellence make her a vital part of the brokerage team.
